If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 calendar days from the delivery date and obtain a replacement or refund for the returned products (as provided for by the consumer code Legislative Decree 206/05).
Instructions for the return or replacement procedure of the product
- To exercise the right of withdrawal or return a product in which you have found a lack of conformity, you must send a communication via email to: info@airdpstyle.com where you can express your desire to withdraw from the purchase contract or highlight the defect you have found.
- Our staff will send you an email with the Return Authorization Number (NAR) that will identify your case.
- Once you receive the NAR, carefully pack the product in its original packaging which must be intact and complete with all accessories. Do not write anything on the original packaging of any product. Bulky packages must be further wrapped with packing paper, small products must be placed in cardboard boxes.
- On the packaging you must clearly indicate the sender and the Return Authorization Number (NAR) assigned by AirDP.
- Send the package by post or with a courier of your choice.
RETURN CONDITIONS
In case of withdrawal, the costs of returning the product are borne by the customer, while they will be refunded if a lack of conformity is found. Goods without a Return Authorization Number (NAR) will not be replaced or refunded. The right of withdrawal lapses entirely if the returned goods are not intact, or:
- For lack or damage of the original packaging
- Due to the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, instructions, etc.)
- For damage to the product due to causes other than transport
AirDP does not accept returns that do not meet all the required conditions.
