Return and Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 calendar days from the delivery date and receive a replacement or refund for the returned products (as per the Consumer Code D.Lgs 206/05).
Instructions for the return or product replacement procedure
- To exercise your right of withdrawal or return a product that has a defect in conformity, you must send an email to: info@airdpstyle.com, expressing your intent to withdraw from the purchase contract or to highlight the defect you have found.
- Our staff will send you an email with the Return Authorization Number (RAN) that will identify your case.
- Once you receive the RAN, carefully pack the product in its original packaging, which must be intact and complete with all included accessories. Do not write anything on the original packaging of any product. Bulky packages must be further wrapped with packing paper, and small products should be placed in cardboard boxes.
- Clearly indicate the sender and the Return Authorization Number (RAN) assigned by AirDP on the packaging.
- Send the package via mail or with a carrier of your choice.
RETURN CONDITIONS
In the case of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer, while they will be refunded if a defect in conformity is found. Goods without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be replaced or refunded.
The right of withdrawal is entirely forfeited if the returned goods are not intact, specifically:
- Due to missing or damaged original packaging
- Due to missing essential product components (accessories, instructions, etc.)
- Due to product damage not caused by transportation
AirDP does not accept returns that do not meet all the required conditions.
